I’m Jesse Hildreth (He/Him), a therapist at Modern Wellness Family Counseling who works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. The process of therapy, while ultimately rewarding, can be uncomfortable for most and even scary for some. For good reason! It takes a lot of trust and vulnerability to reach out for help. On my end, as a therapist I strive to meet my clients where they are and foster a supportive, accepting, and trusting therapeutic relationship. No matter what your unique circumstances are that bring you to therapy, I am committed to helping you find your unique solutions and achieve your goals. My particular areas of interest are anxiety, panic symptoms, and compulsive behaviors. I also enjoy working with couples through communication difficulties, improving mutual support, and times of transition.
