Hi! I am Sissy Costello (she/her) a therapist at Modern Wellness Family Counseling in Spartanburg. I help support elementary aged children, young adults, couples, as well as individuals. I work with mothers and their partners during the childbearing and child raising years, families with a struggling learner, and those simply trying to handle the daily demands of life. I am trained in individual therapy, couples and family therapy, and play therapy.
Most importantly, I deeply respect the vulnerability and risk it takes to start the journey of therapy. My goal in therapy is to provide a safe, authentic space for clients to process, explore, and discover effective and healthy ways to cope with stress, adapt to the seasons of life, and evolve into a way of living that is true to the client.
