Owning a practice and being a professional leader can be exhausting, daunting, and lonely. After becoming a leader in academia and owning a group practice, I wanted to create a space to support emerging private practitioners and group practice owners to serve the needs of their community while also keeping a healthy work-life balance.  In 2023, Wellness Practice Collective, LLC launched to offer concrete administrative support, education opportunities, and consultative services to aid clinicians in “leveling up” their practice.

Executive Consulting

  • 1 consultation appointment – $250
  • 6 consultation appointments – $1350
  • 10 consultation appointments – $2000

*Each consultation is booked for 50 minutes and can be scheduled by telehealth or in person.

Billing/Insurance, HIPAA, or Technology Administrative Consulting

Best packages for consulting on Billing and Insurance Systems, Credentialing, EHR Systems, and Administrative Operations of a Practice

  • 1 consultation appointment – $125
  • 5 consultation appointments – $500

*Each consultation is booked for 50 minutes and can be scheduled by telehealth or in person.

Speaking Engagements and Trainings

  • $300/hour

Previous engagements include Working with Challenging Supervisees, Working Systemically as a Therapist, Medical Issues in Childhood and Adolescence, Introductory and Advanced Couples Training, and using Play in Supervision.

Get credentialed

Credentialing

  • Health Connections Medicaid, Medicare, or Companion Benefits Alternative (Blue Cross Blue Shield) – $100
  • All other insurances – $50/insurance provider
  • Credentialing services (e.g., add location or name changes) – Billed at $125/hour

*Credentialing includes application submission and monthly follow up with the insurance provider and counselor until paneled.
