As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, I see adults and adolescents in individual, couples, and family therapy. I work with a variety of clients, some of whom may be seeking help with life transitions, relationship and family conflicts, neurodivergence, depression, anxiety, and men’s issues, among others.
The values I strive to practice include authenticity, compassion, and patience in an effort to create an environment worthy of honest communication and genuine connection. I believe that examination of experiences, patterns, and supports can aid in reading towards personal growth and fulfillment, as well as bringing us closer to our loved ones.
