Shelby Albright, MMFT, LMFT/S

I’m Shelby Albright (she/her), a therapist who works with adolescents and adults at Modern Wellness Family Counseling. I help support individuals and families through working with anxiety, self esteem, postpartum depression, and clients who identify as LGBTQ+. I believe in the strength and resiliency of all peoples and work to find an individual approach to wellness for each of my clients.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I’m trained to help couples, families, and individuals overcome relational and mental health challenges. I also serve as the Clinical Director of Modern Wellness and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Supervisor.

Shelby is in network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Healthy Connections Medicaid, Absolute Total Care Medicaid, WellCare Medicaid, AmBetter, Select Health Medicaid, Healthy Blue Medicaid, Molina Marketplace, Humana Medicaid, Tricare, and Molina Medicaid. She also accepts cash pay.

***Due to her role as Clinical Director Shelby currently has VERY limited client capacity. If you are interested in seeking counseling with Shelby, there may be a waiting period, but she is happy to help you as soon as she is able!***
